You need to be able to measure the success of your campaigns. Our reports allow you to do this easily and comprehensively.


Daily Campaign Reporting


Depending on the nature of your Market Research, Telephone Survey or Telemarketing project, your daily report will have details of appointments, phone appointments and other leads, completed telephone surveys, completed market research interviews or cleaned records. Reports are normally sent by email, and can be copied to as many contacts as required, with the option of distributing the reports dependant on geographical areas. We normally use PDF format, and also Microsofts' own Snapshot File format. In addition, we can also send your list of contacts back as comma separated text (CSV) or Microsoft Excel file for importing into your contact management system or using as the basis for a mailing list.

We also provide management summaries, with an overview of the campaign progress.

End of Campaign Reporting


A full report is provided at the end of each campaign showing full notes of every dial made, including any useful snippets of information gained during the call. Each contact will show a final outcome, allowing us to keep you informed at the touch of a button.

Telephone market research and telephone survey projects generally have additional reporting, with an analysis of key responses. This can be additionally segmented according to your requirements to give you the answers you or your clients need.

With all projects you have the option of receiving the information as a database file, suitable for importing into most contact management systems, updating your existing database, importing into a statistical analysis program (such as SPSS), or using as a mail or email merge source.

As well as the standard reports, our in-house development team can quickly design customised reports, summaries and data output files to suit your needs - for example:
  • Breakdown of interest level by geographical area
  • CSV data file in a specific format for importing into your own contact management system
  • Analysis of media source for inbound campaigns
  • Analysis of database by geo-demographic profile
