Reports
You need to be able to measure the success of your campaigns. Our reports allow you to do this easily and comprehensively.
A full report is provided at the end of each campaign showing full notes of every dial made, including any useful snippets of information gained during the call. Each contact will show a final outcome, allowing us to keep you informed at the touch of a button. All of our reports are designed and tailored to meet your individual needs.
Your daily report with details of appointments, phone appointments and other leads is sent to you via email. We normally use Microsoft Snapshot format - if you want, you can download the Snapshot File Viewer, or we can also use PDF format. We can also send your list of contacts back as comma separated text or Microsoft Excel files for importing into your contact management system or using as the basis for a mailing list.
As well as the standard reports, our in-house development team can quickly design customised reports, summaries and data output files to suit your needs - for example:
- Breakdown of interest level by geographical area
- CSV data file for importing into your own contact management system
- Analysis of media source for inbound campaigns
