Synergy Connections completes STATUS survey for Housing Association

Synergy Connections customer surveys department has recently completed a STATUS customer satisfaction survey for a Housing Association client.

While STATUS is normally carried out by post, many find that they dont reach the required target of valid responses. Telephone surveys can be used as a replacement of a postal survey campaign, or in addition to a postal survey campaign where households that have not responded to a paper survey are encouraged to return them, or to complete it immediately over the phone.

To ensure the responses to the STATUS survey are comparable to previous surveys and National Indicators, Synergy Connections use their custom-built CATI (Computer aided Telephone Interviewing) system. Our trained staff know how to ask sensitive questions tactfully whilst ensuring the questions are asked exactly as written, and the answers are recorded accurately.
