Synergy Completes Customer Profiling Surveys

Synergy Connections customer surveys department has recently assisted several Housing Associations with completing their Customer Profiling surveys, as well as working on STATUS surveys, both involving contacting residents to obtain profile information.While most Housing Associations complete the majority of the surveys by post, many find that they dont reach the required targets, which can be especially noticeable on the sensitive questions concerning ethnicity, sexuality and religion, which are precisely the areas the Associations are targeted to analyse.
Synergy Connections contacted the households by telephone and completed the surveys using their custom-built CATI (Computer aided Telephone Interviewing) system. Our trained staff know how to tactfully ask for sensitive information, helping the Housing Associations to fill in the gaps in their data, and then the data and analysis is returned to the Housing Association for inclusion in their National Indicator 160 reporting to the Audit Commission.
